Privacy & measurement

Hedjee uses the information you submit to respond to your request. This includes your contact details, business type and the demonstration selections you choose to include. GoHighLevel may process submitted contact details and request context to help us organize follow-up. Requesting a conversation does not subscribe you to email updates or automatically enroll you in outreach.

Anonymous site statistics

We use aggregate statistics only to understand and improve this website. We count successful public-page requests by day and page. For requests identified by our hosting network as coming from the United States or United Kingdom, we also count page loads, section views, demonstration use, time and scroll thresholds, form starts and attempts, errors and calendar-link opens. Other or unknown locations receive the basic server request counter only. Source URLs are reduced to a small category such as email or search; source URLs and campaign text are not saved in these statistics.

Each accepted measurement immediately increments a daily total. We do not save an individual event log, visitor identifier, IP address, browsing history, form content or fingerprint in these statistics, or join them to contact records or advertising. Our server keeps these totals for 90 days. Anonymous daily totals also go to our private PostHog reporting dashboard and follow its configured aggregate-data retention. They measure requests and actions, not unique people, personal journeys or confirmed appointments. Reloads can count again; blockers and unrecognized automation can affect totals.

This measurement does not place tracking cookies or recognize returning visitors. You can stop it at any time, without an account or fee, through the “Stop anonymous statistics” control in “Privacy choices.” We also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track request headers. If you stop these statistics, a necessary cookie containing only that preference remembers your choice for 180 days. Hosting and security systems still process transport information needed to deliver and protect the site; anonymous statistics do not make network requests invisible to the host.

Optional analytics and page tests

Detailed analytics stays off unless you allow it through “Privacy choices.” With your permission, we use PostHog and Google Analytics to measure page visits, navigation, demonstration choices, form progress, device and browser information, repeat visits and the results of page-version tests. PostHog uses random identifiers to connect consenting visits with requests you submit. Google Analytics measures public-page visits and selected actions using its own browser identifiers; we do not send it contact identities, form values or booking details. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. We do not send the text entered in inquiry fields as analytics properties.

You may see different headlines, value propositions or button labels as part of a test. The purpose is to understand which version helps visitors use the site and request a conversation. These tests do not change product terms, prices or eligibility. Demonstration inputs are examples, not verified fuel usage or qualification.

Session replay is a separate optional choice. It shows page structure, pointer movement, scrolling and interactions. We configure replay to mask text, images and form inputs, exclude sensitive areas, and omit console logs and network request/response contents.

Optional advertising measurement

The separate advertising-measurement checkbox allows Google to connect its ad click identifiers to a confirmed booking. It starts off. Detailed analytics alone does not grant this permission, and personalized advertising stays off. With detailed-analytics permission, we also keep the first visit and latest paid campaign with an inquiry or booking to understand which campaigns help people contact us. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages and booking-management links are excluded from analytics events. You can withdraw future measurement through Privacy choices.

Storage and service providers

This site runs on Cloudflare through Sites. Submitted requests and necessary security records are stored in its database. PostHog US Cloud processes anonymous aggregate reports and, only with your permission, detailed measurement. Google Analytics receives optional detailed measurement; Google Ads receives eligible conversion measurement only when you separately allow advertising measurement. These providers may process information outside your country. A request does not connect your fuel card, platform, bank account or fleet systems.

When you confirm operating answers in a calculator, this browser can remember matching values for up to 30 days to prefill other Hedjee tools. This local record contains operating inputs such as gallons, prices and surcharge terms, not your name or email. Each tool still asks you to review and confirm the answers. Use “Clear my saved answers” in the Surcharge gap questionnaire to remove this local record.

Appointments and contact messages

Our scheduling link opens Google Calendar’s appointment page for a 20-minute conversation with Alexander. Google receives the contact details you enter there, checks availability and creates the appointment you confirm. Google may send a calendar invitation or changes to your email. Your booking details are shared with Alexander. The appointment page follows Google’s privacy policy.

When connected, the on-site scheduler stores your booking request before asking Google to create the appointment. We count a booking only after Google confirms it. An opaque appointment reference keeps retries and reschedules from creating additional acquisition conversions. The same confirmed-booking record supports the private dashboard and permitted analytics; their totals may differ because of consent and provider attribution rules. Calendar connections stay encrypted on the server.

Opening the scheduling link can increment an anonymous total under the rules above. With detailed-analytics consent, that action may also be part of a measured visit. A scheduling click is never recorded as a completed booking. We do not capture the contents of Google’s booking form in PostHog. Existing appointments managed through Hedjee retain their protected management links; any team calendar credentials held by Hedjee remain encrypted on the server.

The traditional contact form stores your name, email and message for follow-up. Sending a message or booking a call does not subscribe you to marketing. Keep your booking management link private: it allows its holder to view or cancel that appointment.

To provide free result access, we store the email and selections you submit and use a protected access cookie for up to six hours. This does not subscribe you to updates or request a meeting. Cookie expiry ends access; it does not delete your submitted information, which follows the request-retention policy below.

Your choices

Use “Privacy choices” to change your selection or stop future optional collection. Declining does not prevent using the tools or submitting an inquiry. Browser or network settings may also block measurement. Essential security checks, request storage and the record of your choice still operate.

Email updates require a separate subscription. You can unsubscribe from those messages. Open and click tracking from an email provider may be affected by privacy tools and does not prove that a person read a message.
